RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.tssportswear.com
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition.
  • Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Merchandise items that arrive damages or used may be denied.

CREATE A RETURN LABEL

For all guests, return shipping labels are $8.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • Contact us at sportswear@dukeswaikiki and notify us about your return. 
  • Once submitted, a USPS Flate Rate Envelope return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
  • Drop your package off at any U.S.P.S mail location.

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, please allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.
 

TRACKING YOUR RETURN

You will be notified via email throughout your package journey and once your refund has been processed.

 

CAN I RETURNED A GIFTED ITEM

Returns can only be created by the original purchaser.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Please contact sportswear@dukeswaikiki to inquire about an exchange and we'll assist you.

 

HOW LONG CAN A RETURN TAKE TO COMPLETE

Once a return has been sent back, please allow 10-14 business days for transit time. Once our store has received the return, allow for an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to be completed back to your original form of payment.

Unfortunately, we only except returns from purchases made directly from tssportswear.com.

If purchased item(s) are from a retail location, you will need to visit the retail location for a possible return.
